Frequently Asked Questions – Digital Downloads
How will I receive my download?
After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an automated email containing your download link. Depending on the product, your files are delivered via Sky Pilot or Digital Products — both are integrated directly with our store. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
How do I access my files after purchase?
You can access your files in two ways:
- Via email: Click the download link in your order confirmation or delivery email.
- Via your account: If you checked out with an account, log in and go to your order history — your download links will be listed there.
Download links may have an expiry window or a limited number of uses. If your link has expired, please contact us and we'll get you sorted.
What file formats will I receive?
All products are delivered as PDF files. Depending on which product you've purchased, you'll receive one or more of the following:
- Full-colour version — richly designed pages ideal for digital use or printing on a colour printer.
- Printer-friendly / low-ink version — lighter backgrounds and minimal colour, designed to save ink and toner.
- Bundle — both versions included together (e.g. The Ultimate Neurospicy Witch Planner – Colour + Print-Friendly Bundle, or the Brain Dump & Get Unstuck Mini Bundle).
Are the files editable?
Our PDFs are not editable — they are designed as printable files only. You won't be able to type into them digitally. If you'd like to use them digitally, we recommend printing and writing by hand, or using a stylus/pen tool with an app such as GoodNotes or Notability on a tablet (results will vary by app and are not guaranteed).
What size should I print at?
Please check the individual product listing for the intended paper size, as this can vary between products. Before printing a full set, we recommend printing a single test page and comparing it to your chosen paper size to ensure the layout fits correctly. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every printer or paper size beyond what is stated on the product page.
Colour version vs. printer-friendly version — which should I choose?
- Choose the colour version if you want the full aesthetic experience — rich, moody, witchy designs — and you have access to a colour printer or plan to use it digitally.
- Choose the printer-friendly / low-ink version if you want to save on ink costs or are printing in black and white. These versions retain all the content with a lighter design.
- If you're unsure, the bundle products include both versions so you can try both.
My download link isn't working — what do I do?
If your download link has failed or isn't working, try the following steps:
- Check that your payment has been fully processed (you should have received an order confirmation email).
- Try opening the link in a different browser or device.
- Check your spam or junk folder for the delivery email.
- If you checked out with a store account, try logging in and accessing the file from your order history.
If none of the above works, please contact us with your order number and we'll resend your files as soon as possible.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. All digital products are for personal use only. They may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes. Each purchase is licensed to the individual buyer only.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", we are generally unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your files, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
